Dear reader,
The past couple of weeks have been a whirlwind of learning and growth, in two particularly challenging areas: focusing on a specific niche and reaching that niche effectively.
Bunni, being a general-purpose tool, has attracted a diverse user base, including students, academic researchers, and professionals. We even have a startup using our API to build their app. And during the Paddle programme, I've discovered even more potential use cases, such as hosting user manuals, rule books, and even customer support email replies.
Of course, this road leads only to one destination: paralysis by analysis. Too manny options sending my brain into a spiral.
That's when I decided trust my gut instinct, which is telling me to stop overthinking and start taking action.
So here’s the plan: I’m not going to pick one idea to launch. I’m launching ALL OF THEM. Over the next few weeks, I'll be launching and testing each idea, optimizing for learning by talking to as many people as possible.
Each "launch" will consist of:
Crafting a focused and compelling landing page with a demo of how the product works (even if the real product doesn't exist yet).
Driving traffic to the page with ads.
Conducting cold outreach to at least 12 potential users.
I'll be sharing my findings and insights in future newsletters, so stay tuned!
If you or someone you know struggles with managing lots of research and paperwork and wishes there was a better way to summarize or dig out information from documents and archives, I'd love to hear from you. Your input is invaluable in shaping the future of Bunni.
Thank you for being a part of this journey!
Till next time,
Farez
